MTV and I have been dating for some time now. It started back in the day when I was a finalist for the MTV ‘Wannabe a VJ’ contest and continued on to my time in New York when I was a mentor of sorts to a hopeful DJ/cast member of The Real World Brooklyn. It has since blossomed into LA stints for Sean Kingston’s ‘Super 21′, a spotlight as the “DJ to the Stars” on “The Seven”, a gig for an outrageous “Super Sweet Sixteen” charity event, an upcoming episode on ‘Made’ with my LuvnEnglish drummer and ANTM winner, Caridee English, and finally today on the pages of MTV Style!
I am always thrilled to work with MTV because as a child of the 80′s, there is no such thing as music without MTV! And since music and fashion go hand in hand, I was thrilled to be profiled about my style by the powerhouse themselves, MTV Style! Read the interview HERE!
The article called for lots of fun candid home snaps of my favorite things, and since they couldn’t fit everythingggg into the article, I am bringing you all the outtakes exclusively on #LUVLIFESTYLE. Welcome to a sneak peak into ALL of my favorite things!
